Support

 

The best way to get support is to contact your moderator. Here are a few ways to get in touch with them. 

 

1)     From the app

Before you sign into the app, tap on “Support” in the bottom footer from the sign in page.

 

2)     From the website (mobile version)

When signed in, tap on the top left menu (hamburger icon). Once the menu is open, tap on “Support” to email your moderator.

 

3)     From the website (desktop version)

When signed in, click on “Support” in the left side menu to email your moderator.
